There was four staff members that made my stay enjoyable. Naomi, Joel and Daniel at the front desk and I lady who always greeted us at the buffet she had a pleasant smile always accommodating. With out those four staff members we would of left and hone to another hotel.

Mattresses were in bad shape and we were told they could not be changed (even though there is a room of spare mattresses) and there were no other rooms free. We had to upgrade to a suite to get better mattresses. The suite was nice and the mattresses slightly better but still had dips. We both needed ...
