Our room was similar to the photos shared. It was quiet, clean, suited our needs. There were no plumbing surprises or leaks.

Rooms had everything we needed. I’ve spent years (19) as an award winning DOS for IHG, Marriott and Hilton. I feel strongly that staff could have worked a little harder to open up stay through availability for a 2 Queen Room for second night. Overall staff was otherwise friendly. Breakfast was subpar with the cold Omlette that needed to be warmed by every guest.

Great size studio suite for the family. Plenty of room and everything was mostly clean. It was quiet and the breakfast the next morning was a great start to the day. Definitely recommended!

We love Home2Suites. It was an added bonus that this location had a double electric burner in the room. The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. The bed was a little hard for us, but not unbearable.

I liked most everything about the room except for the bed. It was too soft and sagged in the middle. I did like the pull out table for eating and the shower had good water pressure. Grateful for the natural soaps and shampoo. One other suggestion is a mat inside the shower so it’s not so slippery.

We recently stayed over Christmas Eve and Christmas night. The Hotel was full but quiet. The staff was friendly and the breakfast looked to be decent though we didn’t eat there as we were meeting family. The coffee was always full & hot (I did drink the coffee). The room itself was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Pets are welcome here though we didn’t take our pets. The only evidence we saw of pets being welcome were the dog treats welcoming guests in the front entry and the occasional pet we ran into. Otherwise I would never have given it a thought. I will definitely choose this place again if I find myself in Las Cruces and need a place to stay.

Hotel was sparkling clean, and staff incredibly pleasant. Quiet, too, and everything exceeded expectations. My beef is with Expedia, as I didn’t get any email/text to check in, nor did I receive anything with final charges upon checkout. Will definitely book directly with Hilton next time instead, as there is no advantage to using Expedia I found.

Food has really gone down in the last few years. Thry used to have Nutella packets for the waffles and toast. They only had one waffle machine which caused a few arguments with guests. Was told they were going to get kite potatoes and it literally took 15 minutes. We had someone in the room above us stomping on the floor for almost 2 hours.

The property as a whole is very modern and clean feeling - they have a spin cycle in the fitness room too! Our room was amazing. More amenities packed into a modern efficient space than I ever would have imagined. Super efficient layout kudos to the designers. I will stay here again!

Roaches in the sleeper couch
Everything was great, except the baby roach coming out of the couch. It was disgusting and unfortunate that I had to kill a roach and keep my children off the couch.
