La Mata is a great mellow town to make your home base with great restaurants and a couple markets right down the boardwalk. "Har været her før og kommer helt sikkert igen..stedet ligger perfekt inde midt i gamle Alicante, nemt at komme til alt..blev modtaget helt fantastisk, fik hjælp til alt det jeg hjemmefra havde været bekymret om ..nøgle på mobilen, mv.. lejligheden har alt hvad der skal til hvis man vil lave mad selv..vi er SÅ tilfredse med at bo der når vi besøger byen.."

"Staying at Odyssey Rooms was a real pleasure. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach and also really close to Alicante’s old town, which made it easy to explore, grab some tapas, and enjoy the historic streets. The room itself was spotless, simple but very comfortable, and you could tell they take good care of the place. What stood out the most, though, was the staff: super friendly, welcoming, and always open to share a tip or two about what to do around the city. Overall, it’s a perfect spot if you’re looking for a clean, well-located stay with a relaxed and friendly vibe. "
