Would recommend this hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room we had was very big and very comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the beautiful receptionist spent time showing us a map of the area and pointed out all places of interest to visit. The hotel was immaculate as was our very spacious room which was cleaned daily by a lovely friendly cleaning lady who offered fresh sheets and towels if required. There was also on offer a range of fresh continental breakfast foods with tea, coffee and juices. The receptionist also booked our taxi back to the airport and made sure it was on time. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the island. Highly recommend this hotel.

Soweit alles ok. und störte allerdings sehr,dass das Zimmer extrem nach Zigaretten gestunken hat. Sogar die Kleider rochen danach noch nach Zigaretten. Das war echt nicht schön,gerade weil wir mit Baby da waren :-( Wir hatten das Zimmer 404. Schade,denn ansonsten war der Preis für die Leistung gut.

Habe eine Nacht auf der Durchreise übernachtet. Schönes und sauberes Hotelzimmer, absolut ruhig gelegen. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Auf dem Bett habe ich sehr gut geschlafen. Wenn ich wieder nach Las Palmas komme, werde ich wieder hier übernachten; sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel

Nettes Hotel, liegt an einer Seitenstraße. Im großen und ganzen gutes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung, könnte etwas besser sein. Gegenüber vom Hotel ist ein Hähnchen Grill- den Geruch hat man dann im Zimmer. Genauso wie wenn die Leute unten vor dem Hoteleingang rauchen. Wir haben auserdem unser gebuchtes Zimmer nicht am Tag unserer Ankunft erhalten sondern ernst am nächsten. Wir würden das Hotel trotzdem weiter empfehlen.

Für einen Kurztrip ist es völlig in Ordnung. Für einen länger Aufenthalt eher mittelmäßig. Die Betten sind unfassbar hart und man kann aufgrund der Mücken die Fenstern nicht öffnen.
