The hotel is old and needs renovation. The TV and Wi-Fi were terrible! They need to update their technology. We reserved a king bed room months in advance and were told they only had double bed rooms available. The pool is nice but very hard to get a lounge if you’re not there early. One day during our stay we couldn’t find 2 lounges and the staff was very unhelpful.
Mirror in bathroom was broken, so was the make up mirror. Lighting was a minimum. The roo. Was reall old, windows very dirty, could hardly see out! Sheets were short, didnt go to edge of bed. Had to ask for more pillows, there were only 2. Longgggggg walk to room when we asked to be close to elevator. Handicapped.
We enjoyed the ambience of the hotel- the tropical feel was so much fun. My biggest complaint is that the humidity in our room caused us to keep the ac on at a cooler temp that I would have liked. I LOVED the pool area- it was relay easy to find chairs and very well staffed. We ate at the Paradise Cafe and several times at Snacks- both very good places with excellent staff.

It was very clean and was able to check in early only complaint was the mini bar was way to high
The property was beautiful. Unfortunately, because we made our reservations through Expedia, the Mirage charged me $147 extra dollars !!!! Very disappointed.
Man I love this property literally every time I come to Vegas this property is where I wanna be…….. big big special thank you to Cameron the front desk host this guy really made my visit Pleasant he was very professional and passionate about his job I really hope this doesn’t go unnoticed because Cameron was the shining star thank you cam I’ll be back

The staff had a weird balance, some people were really professional and hospitable and there were others that weren’t as nice.
The hotel is beautiful and smells clean, one of the only hotels where they use air fresheners and it smells nice and helps lower the smell of cigarettes,
The area is nice, you can walk to a lot of key places on the strip. Super close to all the shopping, restaurants and key hotels for
shows and attractions. Overall the stay was definitely nice and worth it.

I enjoyed the slot machines and i wish they had more variety of slots. Very beautiful scenery inside. There needs to be more check-in and check-out staff.

The location was perfect, centered on strip easy to walk in either direction. Only problem we encountered was a very slow drainage in shower. The spa/ gym was very small difficult to workout out early and did not open till 8

Pool was nice but could’ve been open past 6 pm… who closes a hotel pool at 6?! Lmao. The bed in our room was stiff as a board. And the scale in the room fridge was an unpleasant surprise. Will be staying somewhere else next time.

Overall the property is really nice and clean. In my opinion it just need more amenities (e.g microwave and fridge) for customers use.

My friend and I went for a music festival that was canceled. We paid for resort fees and weren’t able to use the pool because it was closed a day and a half. The floor was rusted in areas. Housekeeping and room service were wonderful and quick though. Check in took an hour and a half. There is a place to scan a QR code for fast check in, but Expedia does not send a code. So, you have to stand in the very long line.

The Mirage is still keeping its glory - the beautiful garden an enormous fish tank that you walk through in the main lobby and the fantastic volcano show outside! The rooms are showing their age - hopefully the renovations will look after that!

I checked in on time at 3:10pm and there were no more King sized beds left…aside from a handicapped assessible room. I was offered two twin beds even though I was vacationing with my partner. This is completely unacceptable. They gave me $100 credit but that wasn’t adequate.

When we arrived to our room, I noticed it was not clean. The mirrors had smudged. The ceiling were dusty, dirty, and stains of somewhat on it. I found a pubic hair on the toilet seat. Our tub was clogged so it was a slow drain. The bathroom sink hot and cold water were either too hot or too cold. Can’t store the right water temp. I think this hotel definitely needs a huge improvement. Sad to say we will never stay at the Mirage again.

I arrived to the hotel in the evening.
Checking in: there was a very long line and there was very few people working behind the desk. Definitely could have used more staff working at that time. The person that helped me at least was friendly.
Initial room experience: When I arrived to my room the smell was a very intense musty smell. I took my shoes off and decided I would open the window. As I walked along the carpet I could feel my socks getting soaked. The carpet had obviously been cleaned earlier but it was still soaking wet and causing the room to smell.
My coworker arrived after me and the room he had booked wasn’t available so he was at least able to get an upgrade free of charge.
I went to talk to customer service about my room, the smell and the fact my coworker was able to get things sorted out on their room, and I was told something along the lines of “sometimes your coworkers get a better room than you”. Totally missing the point that my room still smelled.
Thankfully the bed was at least comfortable?
Doors to the hallway do not block out much sound so I was graced with hearing everyone coming back to their rooms in the middle of the night.
The rest of the hotel seemed clean and no complaints.
Went to the pool and I would recommend to check it out.
Nice and convenient location on the strip.
Overall some good and some bad but I wouldn’t recommend for the sleep or the rooms.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was large, clean and close to everything. The volcano show when it happened was incredible and the price for the room was very reasonable. Would stay here again
