Room was clean and very nice. The cafe was also very nice. I was bummed that there wasn't basic shampoo and conditioner. Also, the room was so loud since it was next to an elevator. Like sleeping on a train track. Otherwise nice experience and the staff was very nice - the security guards near the elevators were especially nice and helpful and I felt safer with them there.

The hotel rates were decent, and the resort itself has a nice pool and casino floor. However, it is not within walking distance to the strip, several restaurants could not seat us because of a lack of reservations, and the hotel bathrooms weren’t completely clean.

For the price you pay all you can expect is nice room. Customer service at front desk is not to the mark. Has clogged sink, broken ice machine in the floor. I also felt the bed sheets are not clean.

They charged me for early check In after they offered it , the ignored the upgrade code I had. The bathroom in my room smelled like rotten water. The toilet didn’t flush. The room was not clean. The security guard at the pool was extremely rude. I waited 2 hours for my room after the told me it would be ready. Early. Very rude front desk staff.

Stayed in the Ivory tower a few small things. Didn't like that there wasn't a fan in the bathroom, there was scum around the bathroom sink faucet. No refrigerator, no microwave, just a mini bar. Other than that everything was great

Our room was very dirty, the sink was clogged the whole stay it was awful it caused our room to smell like sewer. There was no option for a late check out just not impressed at all. There was hair all over the bathroom floor.

The room we stayed in was very nice and spacious and clean. There were a lot of dining options. We were there on a Sunday so was disappointed the ghost bar was closed. The pools were also closed that day due to wind and after waiting 20 minutes for one pool to open the following day a worker walked by and said it was closed due to finding glass in the pool but the other pool was open.

The air quality in the casino was pretty poor. Overly perfumed and strong odors of smoking. Many of the bigger casinos do a better job of maintaining a comfortable airflow and quality. It was an okay stay. Nothing I would rate as above average.
