Everything was old and hadn't been kept up. The biggest problem was a wall heater that didn't heat the entire room very well. Bathroom was chilly even with a heat lamp.

Luckily we only needed a bed!
They were helpful but that was all. They said they'd just taken it over and were working on it. I've machine was broken. There was no remote for the TV. Luckily all we needed was a bed.

The slope to low prices...
Friendly staff. Beware the slopes. Especially if you have handicaps because they do not inform of this and it almost caused me to fall...I just had a knee replacement. Other than this...the atmosphere was pleasant and for the price you couldn't beat it. It was so nice...we stayed here twice.

Short overnight. Was great that they had a room with 3 queen beds for the family. Fit our needs, but basic with extra conveniences (good size mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker). Could have used a stock of TP and tissues though

The bathroom window above the bathtub did not close completely which had given several crawling bugs the opportunity to sneak in and expire in the bathtub which was in an overall uninviting state anyhow. Apart from the bathtub the rest of the room was reasonably clean. The bed was especially clean (no stains on bedding) and the mattress must have been quite new - no lumps and very pleasant to sleep on.

Very old building, they are doing some upgrades but age shows. The floor in the room slopes to the bathroom. Place needs work.

Motel is undergoing renovation. Office was closed when we arrived and for most of the time we were there. Our room was clean though some furniture was dated. The bath was clean, also dated. Bed was comfy though and that's what was most important. we've stayed in motels nearby and this one was about the same as the others, though the otherrs have been renovated. Price was great. We'll stay there again, but then, we're not picky. Just want a clean room, bath and comfy bed.

The property is under some updating and renovation, but Ash and his crew are attentive and respond to requests quickly. There are fancier places, but if you are not too demanding this is a great place to stretch your dollars. It lives up to the name "Budget Inn"!

The property conditions, facilities, and the area around the property are undergoing renovation. I really needed to make a copy and Ash was professional and very helpful. It is very budget-friendly. One night stay in and out. If you are on a budget. This is the place to stay.

This is a budget motel with ongoing renovations. Check-in was smooth and the staff friendly and helpful. My room was adequate, clean, quiet, everything worked and I was quite comfortable. You can't beat the price! Recommended for travelers on a budget.
