Hotel was “overbooked” so didn’t get the room I reserved. Was very disappointed! In the past, stay was great, but this was not! Comfortable beds & clean room, but the reservation foul up soured the stay. :(

Felt safe staying here with my two tween boys. The pool area is beautiful with ample free seats and affordable premium loungers/daybeds if you’re up for it. This was our second time staying at the Mirage. I’m sad to know it’s been bought and changes are on the horizon.

I loved how the pool is surrounded with lifeguards and servers come by frequently to take your order and check in. There is a good selection of slot machines too. The rooms leave quite a bit to be desired but the in room dining service was good. Overall, I would probably try a different hotel on my return, but it wasn’t a terrible experience.

Here’s the long and short of it. The rooms are average at best. They are old and outdated to be perfectly honest. The prices gives 5 star luxury hotel when in all actuality the rooms are more along the lines of Motel 6. The hotel amenities make up for the shortcomings of the room. The food choices are amazing and the location of the hotel is perfect. All in all it’s Vegas and no one goes here to sleep so the room sufficed.

It is central of the strip , I can walk everywhere and very safe , enjoy the view around , eat what I want , across Walgreens if I need medicine or snacks. Too many choice for eating . I will stay there’s again when I come

It was later updated to include the open date of April 08, 2024 once we had a date finalized.It is our sincere desire that you will return in the future, so we may exceed your expectations.

While my stay was average, there are a few things that went well and a few things that have caused a major headache. Things that went well: * Walkable to my conference which was across the street at the Venetian * Really nice repair guy that came to fix the water in my hotel room. Things that could have been avoided, or better: * There was an alarm that went off at 4 am that lasted for a long time when I had to get up early the next day for a conference * My water in my hotel room stopped working, so I was not able to shower before going to the conference one of the days. This was extremely disappointing given the fact that I paid money to be able to shower and brush my teeth. The guy that came to fix it was nice, and offered me a $25 food voucher, which I appreciated. It was still too late for me to shower, so I still had to leave out. * I was charged for "drinks at the pool" that I never authorized, since the pool was only open during conference hours, it was impossible for me to visit the pool. I was at the venetian from 7:30 am - 6 pm DAILY. The fact that identity is not confirmed when hotel guests charge things to their hotel room is horrible business practices, and this is the reason my company will likely never book at the Mirage again. Also, I am pregnant, so I CANNOT DRINK. It is embarrassing and insulting to have to defend incorrect charges on my company credit card that I did not authorize, and no one verified the identity of whomever charged this to my room.

Check in was long - never received a QR code for mobile check in. Closet light wouldn’t turn off so it was shining all night long. Bathroom wasn’t clean and toiletry products were inferior to competitors. Also rooms were noisy - could hear everything next door and in hallway. But, it was in good walking distance to the action.

Great prices and central location. Facilities could use a refresh but everything worked and the beds were comfortable. Pantry serves a great breakfast. Our only issue is that it took 6 calls to get our safe fixed, 2 of which resulted in us waiting 30min for someone who was “on their way” who never showed up, and nobody took accountability. It was finally fixed on our last night there.

The Mirage is still awesome. Sure it’s been around for 35 years but it’s still an impressive Vegas property that’s been kept relative. Its location is ideal and they currently have 2 of the best shows on the strip. I look forward to returning.
