I called twice to request an extra quilt or bedsheet from the room service team and once at reception, but despite staying for five nights, no one ever provided it. Additionally, it was very disappointing to find that the indoor pool is not available for children and the outdoor pool isn’t suitable for kids either. This makes the hotel not very family-friendly, which isn’t clearly stated on website. I would strongly recommend making...

"Very not happy with this hotel. The people and the food are OK but the room is absolutly not like on the picture. The door on the balcony can't be locked, the bathroom is small and when there is music in the bar it's very noisy until late in the night and it's difficult to sleep. This hotel looks old and very need a renovation . SURE NOT A 4 STARS , just 2 . I really not recommanded"
