"The place needs an upgrade although it was very clean. The front desk staff need to work on being more customer friendly service. It seems the staff were overworked or understaffed. The towels need to be replaced too very dingy and rough. "

"Honestly this has been the worst place I’ve ever booked on Expedia. They cancelled my reservation without notice and they charged my credit card. Apparently they were overbooked. The front desk lady wasn’t helpful at all. I end up having to contact Expedia (still waiting for my reimbursement) so they called the front desk lady. All of this was at 11pm. At the end I had to book another hotel (this time through booking) for twice the price, all because the incompetent staff from motel 6 decided to cancel my reservation. Honestly don’t waste your money in that dumpster. "
