"Property was clean & tidy. Very spacious but basic rooms. Fridge, but no kettle or tea/coffee tray in the room. Great location to explore Slovenia. Housekeeping was abit much, stayed for 3 nights so didn't really expect our room to be made up each day. Lovely gesture, however there no real need to enter our room on a daily basis (made us feel a little uncomfortable) personally I feel the tags on the door should be used to give an option to ask for housekeeping or do not disturb. "Außergewöhnliche Gastgeber. Wir waren zu Fuß unterwegs und wurden von Marjan ins nächste Dorf gefahren, um einkaufen und Abendessen zu können. Er hat uns eine Stadtrundfahrt gegeben und viel über die Gegend erzählt. Nach der Abreise hatten wir unser Essen im Kühlschrank gegessen. Es war ein Feiertag, an denen die Geschäfte geschlossen hatten. "We were given a very warm welcome from our host. The cottage is very cozy and comfortable. It has been updated and was very clean and well taken care of. It is up among grape vineyards and gardens surrounded by beautiful forested hills. The owner was very knowledgeable about the culture and area contacts. For us, it really seemed like "heaven on earth". We want to return."
