"Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Very clean room upon arrival. Excellent breakfast buffet. Great location. Large containers of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion in the washroom. There is no made service and this should be advertised when booking rooms for this hotel. You have to make your own bed. There is no garbage pickup or change out of wet towels. There is no extra roll of toilet tissue in the washroom. You have to hunt down cleaning staff in the hallway to change towels and empty garbage and go to the front desk to get toilet tissue. I’ve never experienced this in any other hotel room rental in my life. We were checked into this hotel for 8 days for my mother’s funeral. The lack of maid service is a deal breaker for me."
