Très beaux appartements, avec accès un peu délicat

Très bel appartement, mais une fenêtre a été forcée le jour de notre arrivée. Nous avons conservé l'appartement car il est très confortable. A savoir : ruelle d'accès très étroite et pentue, impossibilité de se croiser à 2 voitures, impose marche arrière éventuelle sur 80m (pas facile de nuit). Pas de volets. Un bar bibliothèque est à disposition au RdC : comme à la maison ! Lave-linge et sèche-linge dans buanderie au RdC. Laura et Simone sont très gentils et accueillants.

Info errate sul sito, ma staff e location perfetti

Residence perfetto, nuovo e comodissimo, come descritto dal sito. Due problemi principali: 1- la permanenza minima sarebbe dovuta essere 2 notti; facendone io solo una, c’é stato un attimo di indecisione sul ritenere valida o meno la mia prenotazione 2- la descrizione della mia camera riportava “terrace, jetted tube”, mentre la terrazza con vasca idromassaggio é in comune a tutti gli appartamenti e con accesso solamente su prenotazione ed extra-costo (20€ la mezza giornata). Per il resto, e da parte del residence, tutto perfetto!

Lindo, porém caro.

Trata-se de um apartamento de 2 quartos extremamente novo, moderno e tecnológico. Tudo absolutamente lindo, do jardim aos lençóis! Informação inadequada sobre o café da manhã, pois ele não existia: recebemos uma cesta (apenas no primeiro dia, sendo que ficamos 3 dias) com algumas torradas, geléias, meio litro de leite, nutella e pães. Não havia sucos, frios e café (você mesmo tinha que preparar o seu). O apartamento dispunha de cozinha completa, inclusive com utensílios. Não havia serviço de quarto diário. Taxa de limpeza alta pelo serviço prestado (60 euros). Hidromassagem da foto não disponível, apenas mediante pagamento.

Fantastisch Appartement en uitstekende locatie!!

Prachtig ruim appartement. Ruime slaapkamer met breed 2 persoons bed, huiskamer met open complete keuken, zithoek en eettafel. Verder een smalle maar uitstekende badkamer met regendouche. Alles keurig schoon! Voor het verblijf waren badhanddoeken, shampoo, zeep etc. aanwezig. Separate airconditioner in huis en slaapkamer. Wij hadden Appartement Eleonora met een zeer ruim balkon, prachtig uitzicht met ochtend zon. Er is een privé parkeerplaats afgesloten met hek. Treinstation op 5 minuten lopen. Treinen richting Florence en Pisa zeer comfortabel en goedkoop. Mede vanwege fantastische gastvrouw Giulia was ons 5 nachten verblijf zeer geslaagd. Wij bevelen dit appartement van harte aan!

Well designed and arranged suites

The stay was very comfortable and giulia the host made us feel very welcomed. There is no elevator in the building even though everything is very new and well kept. The location is in a small town outside Florence and you can get to the city from a close by train station.

zeer goed appertement

Zeer goede kamer, modern, van alle gemakken voorzien, goede ligging, vlakbij treinstation en binnen een kwartier sta je in het centrum van Florence.

Tolles Ambiente in schöner Umgebung. Super auch für einen Florenz-Besuch, da der Bahnhof nur 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt ist. Die Fahrt nach Florenz kostet einfach pro Person 2,60 € mit dem Zug, super stressfrei und günstig also! Jederzeit gerne wieder und nur zu empfehlen!!
