Ice machine broken and the ice from staff was very little. No hot tub because of vomit. No hot water for showers at night and in morning. Very expensive room for such poor quality.

We need a refund. We did not stay after we looked inside. Everything else was booked, we have to drive almost 2 hours trying to find a last minute place to stay. We stayed at a hotel.
