"I called to request a shuttle pick up to the hotel. We had been flying for 26 hours and were promptly picked up and delivered to the motel. Fire pits were burning outside in the central area and it was so welcoming. Our room was clean and quiet and the breakfast was nice. We also discovered their pet friendly area for future stays. "

I notified the front desk about the loud fan motor on heating/ac unit/sounds like a bearing going out; and low battery light on thermostat. Staff was excellent, good customer service skills. I was attending a conference at the Convention Center and I could easily walk back and forth to my room during the daytime conference. "

"The property was nice enough. A little older but still in good condition. We had an issue with the tv when we arrived but they sent someone over right away (probably a 10-15 min wait from when I notified). The tv was dying so they put in a brand new one and the maintenance guy was very friendly while he installed it. We felt pretty safe coming back to the room around 10pm or so also. Overall a good place to stay while visiting family."
