"Escale pour la nuit avec une réservation en dernière minute, l'accueil fût excellent et nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, des conseils pour trouver un restaurant le soir et, après le petit-déjeuner, de l'histoire de la restauration de ce magnifique corps de ferme. Des hôtes très sympathiques !"

"Dominique and Patrick are very friendly hosts who made us feel very welcome. The grounds are beautiful and everything is immaculate. The room (magnolia) is spacious and well decorated with a fridge, kettle selection of tea and coffee and a comfy circular sun chair. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast is delicious and fresh with home made jam and breads shared on a family table with the other guests. The hot tub was very welcome after a steep walk up to the nearby Fortress Mornas! "I had the privilege of spending four nights at this gem of a B&B!
The labor of love for this property by it's owner Brian shows throughout. Every detail - from the furnishings to the heated towel racks and the delicious brekfast and dinner was perfect! This was a one of a kind experience, thank you!"

"This is exactly the kind of place you hope to find, but never seem to be able to - truly kind and helpful host, clean and spacious (and beautiful) room with gorgeous views over the vineyards, and an amazing breakfast (homemade jams and granola (!), as well as the best local breads, cheeses, and meats - truly a standout) each morning. Absolutely gorgeous gardens and pool, too!"

"Hôtel d’Europe is a beautiful, historic property ideally located within the walls of Avignon, just steps from the Palais des Papes. The location is ideal for exploring the city, with everything easily accessible on foot.
The staff truly stands out. Every interaction was warm, attentive, and welcoming, creating a level of service that elevates the entire experience. The hotel embraces its history, offering classic charm while still providing thoughtful modern comforts.
While I did not dine at the Michelin-starred restaurant, having that level of dining available on-site is a great feature for guests who want that experience without leaving the hotel.
The bar is excellent and was a highlight of the stay. The bartenders were engaging, skilled, and clearly take pride in what they do.
The rooms are well-appointed with all the expected amenities—coffee, tea, robes, and a full range of bath essentials—making for a comfortable stay.
The only drawback was a significant issue on the first night: there was no hot water, and the shower was freezing. After a long day of travel, this was not a great way to start the stay.
Overall, Hôtel d’Europe delivers on service, location, and atmosphere, with one notable issue that impacted the first impression."
"Perfect location. Great price. Very happy!
The room was small and lacked a refrigerator and microwave. Clean and in proper working order, just small. The bathroom was great, again, small. Perfect shower.

"Weirdest hotel layout ever. No sockets to charge my phone in the entire room. No air conditioning. No WiFi. Avignon is great but there’s probably better deals in the area. They are wearing suits but it slept like a French motel 6. "
