"This is a nice hotel in a quiet town outside of Hamburg. The hotel has a nice location overlooking a river and has a great rooftop terrace that is really beautifully decorated. The staff is sweet and polite, nothing to put a finger on. The price the same level as other larger hotels and therefore you should expect similar quality and accommodation. "We stayed here for a nights rest on our way to Italy. It is a very convenient location right after coming off the ferry from Puttgarden. Nothing special, a bit worn out but convenient. The personnel were very helpful in making sure that checking in after hours would be as easy as possible. Very helpful staff. Overall a very simple, no frills place to get a good nights rest. Nothing more or less. "

"The hotel is nice and newly renovated. The breakfast was great. My only complaint is that because restaurants close so early in Germany we found ourselves without any access to food upon our arrival. The hotel offers nothing. They should at least have sandwiches or fruit or bread options for those arriving later than 9:30pm. We walked the city looking for open restaurants but found none and we ended up going to bed hungry. Since the hotel is aware of this, they should have options for late arrivals. "
"Hotel is very short walk into town. Dtaff all very polite in texeption. Did find dinner in the restaurant very very slow service but food was excellent. Room with view over river very nice. Cant believe there is no a/c though"
