Like all at this very low price point, there's some wear and tear, but they try very hard and do many small things better than expensive hotels. "The staff was the best ive come across! Super hospitable, care about what they do, take pride in their purpose and seems like they love what they do. Even though it was right on the main road, it was quiet because the air cinditioner offered ample white noise. The beautiful park across the street had great walking trails, a bridge over a dam, playground and nice big lily pond/lake. Kayakers were on the lake. Trail was well maintained and peaceful.
