They said one of their rewards members decided to stay longer. They couldn’t even offer me an alternative room with two beds, just one bed and a pull-out couch. I did not take their substitute room. Never in my life have I had a hotel do this to me. Don’t book this hotel in Georgia if you are counting on a particular room to be there when you arrive. We loved the Towneplace Suites in Oregon, but would never trust this location again. "
