"Lovely place above the ocean. Very pleasant stay!"

"This place looked like an old hotel that we probably bumped into this very year in a stepping-stone period towards its becoming a proper boutique hotel (perhaps I will go back next year to double check). As a matter of fact the reception was stunning but once you get in your room you have the feeling of having being trown in some kind of B&B that needs a lot of refurbishing asap. Staff was indeed very kind and professional (we left at 6.30 am and they were nice enough to make some breakfast one...

"Vittorio was very nice and accomodating and made a great breakfast. Room was beautifully remodeled. Bed and pillows comfortable. You will not be disappointed!"

"Was a really good location close to the beach and restaurants. Parking could be difficult if you can’t find something on the street. Hotel does not have parking. Rooms were clean and comfortable, however walls are a little thin. There was a breakfast of coffee, pastries, yoghurts, cereal and some meats and cheeses provided in the morning. Would stay here again."

"The place is old but very confortable. Sea view room comes with a balcony (if requested). There are limited restaurant facilities and the breakfast is a par below what it should be, in my opinion, but otherwise, overall, very nice place."

"Construction started 7am in the morning on a Sunday. When I approached the staff, first they denied it which is ridiculous in itself but eventually just didn't care. We left after the first night of a two night booking. "

All super modern in a historic building. From the sliding glass reception doors to the art covered walls a traveling experience not to be missed."
