"I emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so it’s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate. Why not just call it a gate code instead of a portal access code? They also didn’t tell me where the button was to open the gate when exiting the property, so another...

Joris et Maria nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement et ont été adorable avec nos enfants. Le tipi est magnifique et très confortable et le petit-déjeuner très copieux. Nous recommandons vivement. "Une très bonne literie, moyen au niveau de la salle de bain rideau de douche peu adapté, moquette salle dans le couloir. Accueil très bien à notre arrivée puis changement d'équipe moins agréable. Très joli environnement et très bon restaurant."

"I knew it would be “basic” when I booked the “hostel”, but I wanted to stay near Combe Laval for the views. Service was slow and the breakfast was non-existent. We decided only to have coffee in the morning, but the veg dinner option was, surprisingly, excellent and the best thing one can say about the stay."
