The rooms are a fair size for a French hotel. No frills, clean and comfortable.
Sole issue for my particular experience, shower/sink water barely over tepid. I mentioned to the staff who adressed it, and water was instantly warmer, although still not "hot". Shower with tepid water in November isnt the most agreable.
But overall the experience was pleasant.
This hotel is the "smaller" attached hotel to the sister property "Le Perier du Bignon", it is less fancy and you enter with a code at the door and drop the room key in a basket when you leave. I picked this hotel because i stayed at the sister property and could use a slightly less pricey accommodation. I chose this hotel because Laval can be complicated for parking in the center of the city.
Will stay there again.

Not a pleasing experience
The standard room was slightly cramped and looked and felt a bit tatty décor wise with cheap furniture.
You had to ring a phone a phone on the reception desk to gt a reception to come over from the adjoining hotel. Makes you feel inferior to those staying in the adjoining hotel. There only appeared to be one member of staff in the breakfast area which meant tables were often waiting to be cleared and relaid for other guests

Personnel accueillant...hôtel très silencieux..chambre parfaite...(sauf salle d'eau un peu petite avec wc non séparé...dommage)...petit déjeuner très bien au sein d'un très beau jardin dans une magnifique bâtisse ...hôtel proche centre ville avec possibilité de parking gratuit devant.

L'hôtel est bien situé dans Laval, au calme. Le petit dejeuner est plutot bien.
Nous avons été déçu par le coût pour profitez de la piscine et SPA. L'agencement de la chambre (pas de patères pour les serviettes entre autre...)

Un 3 * relié à un 4*
Le Petit Perrier qui a une cour avec palmiers et autres plantes rejoint le jardin du Perrier Bignon où est la salle du petit déjeuner. Une piscine est présente avec un supplément sinon gratuit côté 4*.
Possibilité de déjeuner oi dîner en réservant le matin même. Lit hyper confortable, grande douche mais ouverture porte douche à revoir.
Thé, café, eau dans la chambre. Je recommande vivement. Certains jours promos via hôtel.com etc

J’ai adoré mon séjour à l’hôtel Le Petit Périer. Malgré ses 3 étoiles, il offre des prestations dignes d’un établissement de standing supérieur. Le petit patio avec piscine est un vrai havre de paix, parfait pour se détendre. Le centre spa et bien-être est un vrai plus : ambiance zen, équipements impeccables.
Côté restauration, c’est un sans-faute : la brasserie propose une cuisine de grande qualité, généreuse et savoureuse, tandis que le restaurant gastronomique est une véritable expérience culinaire.
Un très bel endroit, cosy et élégant, avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande vivement !

A l'arrivée premier problème à la réception, il y a une seul personne responsable pour deux hotels avec des réceptions distinctes et éloignées..
La chambre est propre et bien équipée mais un bruit de moteur présent toute la nuit (chambre 203) est vraiment dérangeant.
Petit dej pas complet à 7h30. Plus de céréales, pas d'oeufs, pas de fruits...
Des choses à revoir.

J'ai eu la chance d'avoir un sur classement, chambre très belle, belle décoration et personnel très sympathique.
