The checkin time & check out time was different than what was mentioned in the reservation. The entry fee to the Lavasa was extra to the customers, who booked the hotel there. "One of the worst five star hotels that I have been to.. nowhere near any of the five star hotels in Pune like Taj/ JW Marriott, Westin,.. Poor construction quality and staff training ensures a terrible experience. On top of that the property is currently surrounded by construction activities everywhere causing significant amount of dust and pollution all through the day and even odd hours of the night.. staff has absolutely no interest in resolving any issues.. photos and description on the site are also misleading, give it a miss if you want peace of mind.."
