"The check in process was very slow. We stood in line ( behind one other person) for approximately 35 mins. Checking out, my mom wanted a receipt, however only one lady was working and frustrated stated it would be awhile. We just left. The bed was comfy. However, walking on the carpet turned my white socks black! The bathtub had several hairs in it. The hot tub was closed , the lady at the front said it’s not been working for a while. "

"The rooms are definitely old and used. Stained towels. Will hear neighbors as the gaps under the doors are at least 3 inches. Slept with clothes on. Needs a complete overhaul. Showers backed up. Has an outdoor and indoor entrance which was weird. Will hear all highway traffic. Go across the street. Better off sleeping in my car. Staff was great. Very kind. "
