"I was disappointed to find hair on the floor in the bathroom, toothpaste spatters on the mirror and food crumbs on the floor by the desk. None of which were mine. The room also needed a good dusting."

"Room was clean but staff was not very helpful. Didn’t mention WiFi and booked this hotel for breakfast and wasn’t informed of any breakfast available. "

"I just think in general this place is pricey for what it is. I stayed at AmericInn in grand forks the next night and it was so much better, more updated, cleaner, had a pool and hot tub. This place way just super underwhelming. TV sucks, bathroom had a hole in the ceiling. The floor was FREEZING. It is hardwood which is fine but obviously it isn't insulated so even though you can get the heat running in the room the floor is always very cold."

"No one at front desk to check us in then someone came but didn't know how to work computer, he was the cook. Told us to come back we came back, but us in a room but it was a single bed, we reserved a king. Went to front desk again then they put us in a king room got to room and it was dirty. That guy at from desk was the cook/bartender, told us to come back again. We back with got into a room but still was not a king room. And 3 hours later finally got into a room. "
