"Jag upplevde hotellet som väldigt bra tyst och lugnt. Men jag hade tyckt att det kunde ha funnits tillgång till en kioskliknande möjlighet. Det stod frukost tillgänglig, gick till restaurangen på morgonen, ingen personal och ingen frukost. Detta var jag inte informerad om att det skulle behövas bokas i förväg eller dyl. Däremot var service kring extra kuddar och wifi lösen var bra. "
