"The Good:
The apartment itself is beautiful, exceptionally spacious, and fully equipped with everything you need for a multi-day stay. The central location is fantastic, allowing you to easily walk everywhere.
What Needs Improvement:
- Air Conditioning: While the unit does have AC, it unfortunately struggles to keep up when it is very hot outside. Especially the primary bedroom.
- Communication: Interacting with the host was frustrating. I sent several messages through Expedia prior to...

"Reception staff were excellent and were extremely helpful when taxis needed ordering. Very clean and Rituals toiletries a nice touch. Breakfast was good and the pool looked good although we didn’t use it. The hotel is fairly close to Gardaland although feels a long walk in the heat. Otherwise, it is a fair distance away from the train station, public transport is poor, and taxis are expensive. Don’t use Uber-quoted 40 euros plus for a 10-12 minute journey. My lower rating than I would usually give is for the absence of a kettle in the room. There was not one available from reception either so you had to go to the bar for hot water. Inconvenient for anyone but if I had a young baby and needed hot water for sterilisation or a bottle, then really not ideal. On a related note, rooms which are numbered in the 4000s are quite a walk from the reception area, so when booking, worth requesting a room close to reception if walking is difficult for you."
"What a fantastic stay we had here! The staff were extremely helpful, and the large family suite room was perfect for our young family - lots of space for storing everything that comes with us on our travels and the cleaning staff did an amazing job every day.
Brilliant central location in Lazise - there are street performances most nights just outside, but the windows deadened the noise and allowed our two young children to sleep through, and they did tend to stop before 10 pm. The ferry stop is right on your doorstep, which makes this a fantastic hotel for hopping around the various towns of Lake Garda.
We had breakfast included with our room, which set us up for the day and honestly saved us a good chunk of money and time. Again, the staff at the restaurant were very helpful, having our table set up with a baby chair each morning, and remembering our hot drink orders.
The beds were comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot.
I really can't recommend this hotel enough. For the money, I think you'd struggle to find a better place to stay for your trip to Lake Garda."
"We had a great last minute stay for 5 nights, the reception staff and cleaners were great and very helpful.
Weren’t very pleased about being charged for sunbeds while we stayed, even if you would be using for an hour, life guards who asked for the money were miserable.
Also the orangery restaurant staff were rude and ignorant.
So would have been a 5 but this made it a 4"
"Property was fab! We had the best apartment No 16, it was on two floors. Was a bit dated not quite like the photos on Expedia but very clean. We had a skylight in the bedroom which made it a bit bright when the sun came up. I mentioned it to reception and they immediately offered to move us or try to cover it up.
Vanessa was the best, she got maintenance to come straight out to solve the issue by putting some board up. Customer Service was AMAZING!! She couldn’t do enough for us. On my birthday she bought over a lovely bottle of wine in a bag with a flower. She really made our holiday special!!
The highlight was the pool though… beautiful, clean, lots of new sunbeds and umbrellas!!
It’s a small place so not too many people, it’s only a short walk in to the centre of Lazise. It’s got plenty of parking and is well maintained with cleaners and handymen and gardeners on site daily. The Lidi nearby is very handy and well stocked!!
We had a fabulous time staying there with our twenty year old son. We were very sad to leave and would definately return!!! So pleased I booked a place with a pool and near Lazise!
Great for families and couples. A real pretty location. Quaint, local restaurant just around the corner and up the hill, was the best, great prices, great food and great views of Lake Garda, we only discovered it on the last night, wish we had eaten there every night!!!
THANK YOU VANESSA… for being you!! Xx"
"The hotel property is wonderful , well keep and very clean. The staff could not be better at making you feel at home. Alessandro at front desk.
At Pool bar and dinners Franca and Luca are outstanding and will make you want to come back as soon as you can."
"Check-in was easy. Property is well maintained and clean. Rooms are comfy and have everything you need. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. We used the pool almost everyday. Walked around the area to neighborhood restaurants. Property manager was great and easy to communicate with. Everyone in town were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again."
"The location was beautiful. Staff was great. Amenities were great parking was great. The only one thing that needs upgraded are the mattresses are extremely hard overall was a wonderful experience."
"Camere Da Mirrella is a pretty boutique hotel located near Lazise, Italy and close to Lake Garda. The owner Nick greeted us, helped us with our heavy luggage and showed us to our room. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean and well appointed. The room was all wood finishes.
The breakfast was great and Nick explained the area and some finer points. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, but it would be especially nice for young families. The hotel has a nice pool and a play ground.
Five Stars"
