Dårlig oplevelse

Dårlig service og sur ejer. Vi måtte hverken spise noget på værelset eller lave kaffe på elkedlen, selvom der står i hotelbeskrivelsen, at der var kaffe/the på fællesarealerne. Der var ingen fælles arealer eller fælles køkken, selvom der var billede af det i hotel beskrivelsen.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! This is the dirtiest place you may ever stay in. The manager is so rude and not adjustable. We came as a family, just to learn that the parents have their own room but the kids sleep in the middle of the kitchen ! The location is also not worth it. You are on the main road, far from the beautiful shore and the amazing Lazise. This is also not Lazise but Roarlongo, though the propoerty uses the prestigious name of Lzsize. The oven was broken, no microwave in the room. Bottom line - does not worth the money, unless you are very very desperate.

Kein Hotel - Vermietung von Zimmern und Wohnungen!

Gute Lage: Nahe Strand (ca. 500m), nahe Stadt Lazise (rd. 3km),, nahe Vergnügungsparks,... Zimmer wird täglich gereinigt, fakultativ gibt es ein Frühstück ( gemessen an den Mehrkosten angemessen). Leiter der Vermietung macht alles in Eigenregie. Sehr nett und sehr bemüht. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

grazioso appartamento corredato di tutti i comfort

Ottimo per una famiglia numerosa come la nostra di 5 persone. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa con il frigo, televisore, e lavatrice a disposizione senza vincolo di orari e ben collegato ai centri più vicini.

Excellent Host

Te place was awesome. We got there a bit late after booking the hotel at last minute. When we got there we could not find anyone at the front desk. It was about 8 in the evening. At the door their was a number that we called. The manager soon came to the rescue and gave us our room. We where delighted by how he really treated us. Great service. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone especially if you have a family.

Hadtücher werden erst nach drei Tagen gewechselt, was ich unmöglich finde. Die Betten wurden im schnell durchgang glattgestrichen. Der Ansprechspartner war so gut wie nie anwesend.

B&B tæt på Gardaland

Pæn størrelse, stor terrasse, sengene trænger til at blive fornyet, for dårlige til mere end en enkelt overnatning. Venlig betjening, alt var som lovet. Parkering ok. Men der skal køres til alt. vejstøj betyder ingenting, var nærmest hyggeligt at følge trafikken. Klimaanlæg virker fint. Strandene er ikke noget at skrive hjem om.

Hotellet ligger ud til meget trafikeret vej. der høres støj fra forlystelsesparken Gardaland som er beliggende overfor . det er usikkert at færdes som fodgænger da der ikke er fortov ind til restauranterne i lazise ( 2,5 km.) og der er tæt trafik fra kl. 08.00 og indtil midnat

Perfetto per chi non ha grandi pretese.

Perfetta la posizione per chi desidera fare vacanza nei parchi del garda, possibilità di acquisto biglietti a prezzo scontato, si evitano file alle casse. Colazione da evitare se siete amanti del caffè, per il resto standard. Camera pulita ma dopo l'ingresso in albergo non passa più nessuno neppure per fare letti o sostituire asciugamani. Libertà di orari ingresso ed uscita. Reception raramente presidiata, chiamata con campanello. Camera spaziosa con angolo cottura perfettamente operativo, frigo con congelatore; tutto come a casa. Pregio: ottimo prezzo e posizione strategica per i parchi del garda. Difetto: scarsa gentilezza della proprietà.

Ottima posizione ma....

Camera spaziosa. Arredamento fin troppo essenziale ed economico. Pulizie ok. Vicinissimo ai parchi movieland e canevaworld (ci si va a piedi, circa 150 metri) ed a gardaland (un paio di kilometri). Le camere un po' rumorose visto che affacciano quasi direttamente sulla strada. Tranne il servizio di pulizie, non esistono altri servizi. La "simpatia" del proprietario non aiuta. Inoltre ho prenotato per quattro persone con colazione, ma mi è stato detto che "avevo diritto" a sole due colazioni al giorno (?!) e le altre a pagamento. Colazione preparata alla buona dal proprietario con scarsa scelta, dalle 8,30 in poi. Impossibile farla prima

Am Morgen gebucht war das Zimmer um 17 Uhr noch nicht fertig. Grund dafür war, dass nicht immer in den Computer gesehen wird ob neue Buchungen kommen. Frische Handtücher jeden Tag Fehlanzeige. Frühstück kann genommen werden, für 5 Euro ausreichend. Man sitzt dann mit seinem Kaffee in einem abgetrennten Bereich am Parkplatz, ist aber auch mal lustig. Haben etwas günstiges gesucht, aber für das Geld war es auch noch zu teuer.

The proprietor of the establishment was very accommodating and did his best to help.The first night we had a problem with the air con and when we informed him the next morning he got it fixed immediately. We were extremely grateful as it was 34 degrees outside and overwhelmed by his efficiency! The room was airy, well maintained and had a high level of cleaniness. The staff were overall friendly and courteous, if not patient considering the language barrier. It was a great place to stay for my family and would definitely reccommend it to those looking for accommodation for young families or even anyone travelling to Lake Garda.

Leider am falschen Ende gespart

Anmeldung zum Frühstück immer einen Tag zuvor, jeder nur ein Croissant andernfalls wird man ermahnt, Cappuccino mit Wasser. Freundlichkeit hielt sich in Grenzen. Der Blick auf den Garten suchen wir vergeblich. Es gibt keinen. Frühstück auf dem Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Vor dem Parkplatz ist die hauptdurchgangsstrasse. An den See zu Fuß sind es paar Meter. Im großen und Ganzen sauber aber Blutreste an dem Toilettenpapierhalter.
