The bed was very comfy and not single beds, which seems hard to find. "We ended up staying in a shipping container converted into a room. It was quite small and cramped. The windows were not equipped for wind, and there was constant banging on our windows all night. The place was somewhat hard to find - inadequate instructions. Finally, the place itself feels quite spooky, especially when other people aren’t walking around."

"Excellent views on the fjord, where you can even take a dive. Recently renovated showers, super nice. Ideally situated next to the E6. Nicely decorated cabin. Fast and friendly check-in. One downside: I had a creaking bed, which kept me from sleeping well. Apart from that, highly recommended for a homely stay on the way."

"The property is well appointed and very nicely curated in a beautiful setting. The proprietor is very friendly and extremely helpful. For us it served as a very nice base while we explored the area for a few days. What is not immediately obvious from the photos is that this property is right next door to the owner's house which really limits your privacy somewhat. "Spectacular location. Beautiful little self contained rorbuer (traditional red fisherman’s cottage) with a view across the water. Easy to prepare a meal in the cottage. Equally easy to walk over and have an excellent meal at the hotel restaurant. Much quieter and calmer than Svolvær which we really liked. Very interesting museum and art gallery a very short walk away."
