"Je ne peux pas juger de la piscine car l'hotel ne m'a pas reçu après avoir réserver ma chambre par HOTEL.COM. J'ai donc eu des frais pour un hébergement dont je n'ai pas jouie, soit environ 85 €. J'ai du cherche un hébergement en urgence la nuit même. Hotel.com n'a pas défendu SON CLIENT, il a juste éviter toutes discussions pour ne pas à avoir à monter au créneau auprès de l'hotel "Une pause au Logis". "A unique place to stay with a lovely pool/ spa and comfortable bed. A little let down by the service. Kettle in room and two herbal tea bags. We asked if it was posssible to have a black tea teabag (essential for English travellers) but were told no we would have to order tea in the cafe if we wanted black tea. Very disappointing for a hotel that prides itself on good customer service!"

"Stayed for 3 nights in October 2025. The stay was very pleasant. The room was comfortable, warm and clean. The hosts were very accommodating and done rverything to make my stay plesent. The property is in a very nice, remote, and quiet area. Chateaubriant is a ten minute drive away, with lots of nice restaurants. Dinner one evening was very plesent and good value for money. Would definitely return. "
