"Arrived evening about 21:00 on a Monday, in France Monday is a no no as everything is closed, I would not expect a hotel to be quite so reluctant to serve its customers, absolute no possibility of food that evening and breakfast was from 08:30, we were leaving at 07:30, not even an offer to leave ..."

"Staff were really helpful and courteous. Our French is barely passable so their excellent English helped us a lot. Room was very clean and comfortable and a very good fresh continental breakfast topped it off before we left for our holiday"
