Lovely stay in Bon homme

What a lovely stay at La Tete des Faux while we were visiting historical family sites! The owner was very friendly and responsive to our needs and questions! Lovely breakfast and dining room for dinner meals. Thank you!

A great place

A great place to recuperate after hard day's hike. I liked all aspects of my stay with welcoming hosts, a comfortable room and really outstanding standard of food.

Incorrect info

Being 38 degrees celsius outside and Hotels.com stating there is AC and other reviews saying this hotel had really good food it seemed like a perfect booking. Sadly there is no AC and the restaurant was closed for dinner. The guy at check in only spoke Italian so we got no further explanation regarding that. So, it's warm, many trucks driving by making noice (even with room away from the street) and there are very few other places to eat dinner at (we found one decent 5 min walk down the road though) Some positive: They did serve a really fresh and good breakfast at the Hotel.

Accueil et service très agréable et chaleureux . Si je dois repasser sur la région je m'y arrêterai sans aucune hésitation. La décoration basée sur une thématique Toscane. Le petit déjeuner en compagnie de Vivaldi est tout à fait appréciable. Je recommande cet endroit. La cuisine du restaurant attenant à cette hôtel est fine cuisine italienne raffinée.

Tip top, même si on fait un Check in tardif

Nous avons du arriver après les heures de checkin. Le réceptionniste nous avait dit de l’appeler quand nous démarrerions et il nous a indiqué la marche à suivre pour accéder à notre chambre en dehors des heures. Chambre propre, cadre typique des maisons anciennes d’alsace, idéalement située pour un court séjour au ski (station Lac Blanc a 7-10min en voiture). Déjeuner comme il faut, possibilité de dîner et de souper dans Le restaurant qui fait partie de l’hotel. Attention à l’entree Du village: flash à 50kmh

Im Rahmen eines Wanderwochenendes war die Unterbringung im Hotel sehr passend. Die preiswerten Zimmer haben unterschiedliche Größe und Ausstattung. Verkehrsgeräusche auf der Straßenseite haben uns nicht gestört. Ausgezeichnet war die Küche und das Ambiente im Restaurant "Vecchia Roma" einschließlich Service. Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt im "La Tête des Faux" geniesen.

Hyggeligt gammelt hotel

Værterne var flinke og meget hjælpsomme, morgenmaden var fin. Hotellet ligger ud til en stærkt befærdet vej med mange lastbiler, dog var der stille om natten. Værelset var lille, med et lille bad/toilet, men ellers ok. Hunden blev også vel modtaget

Our host was very gracious and very egar to please! He did EVERYTHING and did it well! The room was comfortable and spacious. To be considered, shower a bit small and road noise a bit noticable if room is on the hotel front. But, for us, our host and the quaintness of the hotel overcame those points! Highly recommend for a short 1 to 3 night stay.
