Quelques jours en Haute Loire

Hôtel très agréable pour un sejour loin de la foule, avec une table de qualité et un accueil chaleureux. Petits bémols: une literie trop dure, pas de climatisation (peut être utile pour les personnes sensibles lors de nos étés de plus en plus caniculaires) et une carte un peu courte surtout pour un sejour de plusieurs jours. Nous avons apprécié le côté traditionnel bien plus agréable que les grandes chaînes d'hotels parfaitement impersonnelles.

Bel établissement niché dans la verdure mais à proximité du village du Chambon/Lignon. Le talentueux chef du restaurant vaut le détour. Un peu cher au regard de l’ensemble des prestations, pas de climatisation, pas de réfrigérateur dans les chambres. Le petit déjeuner avec supplément de 15€ est assez peu garni. Aucun produits locaux, pas de produits bio.
