Etablissement pas très propre, rangé. De plus on a payé une fois en ligne sur votre site, ils n'avaient pas le règlement, nous fait repayer et ne répond plus depuis aux appel et ne m'ont toujours pas remboursé. Arnaque donc !

Jamais été reçu de cette façon. Les deux personnes présentes n’ont pas interrompu leurs activités et nous ont remis une clef. Point final. Notre réservation au restaurant ne leur est pas parvenue, mais on découvre que le restaurant n’existe plus, contrairement aux dires du site. Ils se sont bien gardés de nous prévenir. La chambre n’a pas été faite pendant notre séjour ( 2 jours). Elle sent mauvais ( égout et wc). L’installation télé ne fonctionne pas. Et que dire du petit déjeuner ! 2 morceaux de pain, une viennoiserie et un yaourts Lidl accompagnés d’un morceau de beurre et d’un mini pot de confiture. Discutable puisque le tarif de la chambre s’apparente au tarif d’un relais Chateau. En conclusion si vous allez au Crotoy surtout ne loger pas chez Mado, c’est cauchemar.

Mauvaise expérience

Malgré les efforts de la gentille réceptionniste dévouée, le bilan final est plutôt négatif. Je dois avouer que je suis d’accord avec la plupart des commentaires des autres clients. Cet établissement est dans son jus, il mérite un grand coup de neuf (ou de bulldozer). Mention spéciale à la literie tachée 😱

Un super service apporté par Émeline qui a vraiment été à l’écoute et aux petits soins. Pour l’hôtel, les parties communes auraient besoin d’un rafraîchissement qui semble en cours, de même pour la chambre qui est très propre mais fait un peu vieillot.

Bon séjour. Chambre avec belle vue et bien insonorisé (aucun bruit malgré le restaurant plein). Petit bémol sur les serviettes qui ne sont pas séchées au sèche-linge et sont donc très rêche. Personnels et patrons sympathiques.

FORMIDABLE

J'étais au tout début réticent à réserver dans cet hôtel en voyant les commentaires négatifs, et je ne regrette absolument pas! L'accueil était très chaleureux, un personnel vraiment aux petits soins. La chambre était top, la meilleure vu que vous puissiez avoir, quel bonheur de se réveiller le matin et de voir la magnifique baie sous vos yeux. C'est très calme et paisible, la chambre est très bien isolée (notre premier soir il y avait une soirée au rez-de-chaussée au bar et nous n'avons absolument rien entendu) C'est le seul endroit qui "bouge" sur le crotoy, les autres terrasses sont assez tristes. Au bar "chez mado" bonne ambiance garantie, prix des consommations très correctes. Les animaux sont acceptés donc ne vous posez pas la question pour partir en weekend avec votre boule de poil. Je n'ai que du positif à retirer de ce séjour.
