"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Our lake-view room was beautiful -- lots of light, unbelievable view, super spotless, and a towel warmer in the bathroom (with bath AND shower!!!!) that I wanted to take home with me.
