"Had a good stay at Neostelia. Staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and nice. Practical parking in the backyard, though for an additional fee. The beds were also very comfortable! Some might consider the bathroom a little small, but we had no complaints. Walking distance to the old town was also a big plus!

"The residence is in a quiet peaceful location reached via a windy hillly road. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away.

"Simply perfect. We stayed for 3 days and none of us wanted to go home. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was very clean. A lot of things to do there like tennis, hiking, cycling, or you could simply visit Annecy (definitely worth it)"

"hôtel immense, proche de l'axe routier,
décor artificiel, impersonnel,
ambiance particulière vu la population (tout le monde sait),
personnel n’est pas désagréable mais on ne ressent aucune chaleur humaine, et même le soir, et le matin, l’accueil était assuré par des agents de sécurité : tout est dit !
Cela convient pour une nuit sans attente, mais clairement pas pour se sentir “comme chez soi”."

"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...
