"We had a 4 night’s stay here and used it as our base for tours around Toscany. It is located in a quiet area outside Siena. The apartment was nice and clean. We used the kitchen for minor cooking and that worked well. There is a supermarket close by and small restaurants in the town. The AC was working great. "Possibly the best hotel in the world. Beautiful location, wonderful food and friendly staff who go above and beyond. Our son loved the heated swimming pool and nearby adventure park. The kids club was also great. My wife has food allergies and normally finds it tricky in hotels; however, the staff in every restaurant were able to suggest alternatives and specially prepared dishes for her. Food and wine is wonderful throughout the hotel. Rosmarino restaurant in particular is amazing: try the grilled tuscan chicken with a tomato salad on the side, you won’t regret it! I honestly can’t think of any negatives. We will certainly be back again!"
