It was only one night since we were going on a cruise. But the hotel is very close to a shopping mall, bus station. Very convenient located. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The Hotel is good, but there was a party until half past one in the lobby and the rooms are directly above. Ok, it was Saturday, but it was annoying.

The room was very comfortable. The front desk staff could speak enough English to make us feel welcome and to understand the breakfast information. The Food Court is huge and clean and pretty. The food is great.

This was the best hotel we stayed at. It looked amazing. Staff was friendly. The concept for food was second to none. My kids enjoyed the bedroom experience because of the bunkbeds and the location was absolutely stunning. I would definitely go back and I would highly recommend.

It is a new hotel with nice rooms. The family rooms have enough space. Only the bathroom is a little bit small. But functional for 1 night. We had a grean stay!

Prepare to not sleep

Not suitable for families with young children. The food court and bar downstairs booms ridiculously loud music all the way through the evening till 2am every night! The rooms are not “soundproof” u can hear and feel the bass for hours on end and our kids couldn’t sleep. A hotel that doesn’t give you a good nights sleep cant be rated well im afraid.

We had a mixed experience at the Jost Hotel Le Havre. Our family room was clean and comfortable and our two children were delighted with their bunk beds in the wall! We ate in the food court and all really enjoyed the food and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The big negative for us was the music playing loudly until 2am which we could hear very clearly in our room, even though we were on the third floor! This didn’t make for a good nights sleep. We spoke to the receptionist about it and he pretty much shrugged his shoulders and said they needed to improve their noise insulation! So although some bits of our stay were good, we wouldn’t stay again. For us the noise was a real problem.

Séjour gâché par le bruit en soirée

Nous avons passé 1 nuit, réservée le jour même, pour une étape sur notre trajet retour des vacances. Nous avions besoin de repos et malheureusement impossible de dormir jusqu'à 1h voire plus tant le niveau sonore de la fête qui battait son plein en dessous était gênant. Je ne suis peut-être pas le clientèle cible de cet établissement qui fait aussi auberge de jeunesse, mais c'est bien une chambre familiale que j'ai réservée. L'association de l'activité bar/musique et de la partie hôtel n'est pour moi pas judicieuse et quel dommage, car à côté de ça, la chambre était bien décorée et propre, la literie confortable, le personnel sympa, bref rien à redire. Nous avons même diné au restaurant du rez-de-chaussée (qui fonctionne avec le bar et l'hotel), nous y avons bien mangé et pour un tarif très raisonnable, j'ai trouvé ça très pratique. Mais tout a été gâché par la musique et le brouhaha jusqu'à tard dans la nuit... Je précise que c'était un vendredi soir, ces animations n'ont peut-être pas lieu tous les jours de la semaine. Le lendemain matin, on ne m'a pas demandé si tout s'était bien passé, la réponse est non.

Cet hôtel ne semble pas comprendre les besoins des voyageurs. Une chambre pour deux personnes mais qui n’a qu’une seule petite chaise pour s’assoir et regarder la télé. Lavabo avec aucun espace comptoir, très peu pratique pour se maquiller, faire sa toilette, etc. De plus, la salle de bain n’est pas un espace fermé. Pas de frigo pour refroidir les bouteilles d’eau. Pas de distributeur à glaçons à l’étage, faut demander au bar au rez de chaussée, ce que j’ai fait, mais j’ai reçu des glaçons dans un contenant mal propre. J’ai séjourné une nuit, un samedi, malheureusement pas le bon soir, au bar du rez de chaussée le restaurant se transforme en disco avec musique très forte. Malgré une chambre au quatrième étage nous avons entendu raisonner de la musique jusqu’à 1h30 du matin. Impensable de traiter ses invités de cette façon !

Hôtel propre, réception agréable. Vu à la réception demander une chambre pas a côté des dortoirs ma prochaine fois. Pas mal d'aller venu jusqu'à tard le soir et donc de bruit et de dérangement. Les chambres malgré la climatisation était assez étouffante niveau chaleur, donc difficile de dormir. Pour le reste c'était bien. Décoration originale et j'ai apprécié.

Excellente expérience. Bon hôtel mais ventilation bruillante

Hôtel très sympa et bien placé (même si le stationnement est particulièrement difficile), chambre sympa mais pas de place pour mettre ses affaires sur ou à côté du lavabo ce qui est dommage vu la taille de la chambre plutôt grande. Ventilation bruillante qui m'a empêché de dormir...
