A lot of construction in surrounding area and no drop off drive way makes it hard to access the hotel with a car. The on-site parking was at the back and easily filled up. We had to park into a garage which we didn’t know until we asked the front desk. This made the checking in a bit hassle after a long tired day. Once we checked in, everything was smooth except that the room is very tight with the sofa bed setup. It was nice that the sofa bed was setup before we checked in.

Staff is not amazing, long waits for checkin, sleeping couch was not made. Asked 3 time, never got bedding, slept with 3 in a bed as we could not be bothered. Parking is very limited, but we got a place in the end Breakfast is pretty good (unlike reviews say) kid friendly with tbale football and nice hangout for kids in the lobby

Great big bed. No fridge , air con only warm not cold as weird rules in Europe where everyone has to have room warm until a certain date, so very hot for me. Got bitten 6 times by mosquito and asked them to spray room but I assume this didn’t happen.

Only stayed one night but a very comfy bed, hot shower, a good amount of space. I’d love it if the workout room had better equipment. I didn’t try the food or bar so can’t comment .

not ok considering the ptice

Nice staff and easy check in, spacious hotel and rooms. I would definitely not book again if other options, since, like others already noticed, also the carpet of my room was with stains and made an quite dirty impression. TV only in french and no chance to connect chromecast or even mirror my device. That is not ok for the price they are charging, even when reducted. Breakfast is not more or less then standard. Stick to breakfast times, they start emptying the buffet already 30min before breakfast ends. The restaurant is ok, but nothing special. Parking situation behind the hotel on hotels parking is somewhat free but constantly full, if you dare, just park in front of hotel like some others do. Otherwise parking house of train station is an easy option with 250m to walk.

Very clean and comfortable. Room is spacious with a bath tub. Receptionists are incredibly friendly and helpful. The only drawback might be the waitress who cleans tables and fulfills food during breakfast, looks mad all the time, very unfriendly. The location is excellent, 3 minutes by walk to train station. A shopping center just across the river. Lots of bus available and tram.

Great option

Very nice hotel, with great and friendly services. Parking lot small, but there's a parking garage right behind the hotel and it's very decently priced.
