Waterfront views and can hear the waves in the room. The club downstairs does play bass music till 2 am but level is bearable. Not an issue for me. Very convenient to get to grocery stores and eateries in the neighborhood about 3 blocks away. Love my stay

Nice staff. Clean. Was concerned about noise from hall and elevator area but as only a few people were staying at hotel was not an issue Area not a real touristy local Very friendly staff and good food and nice breakfast with excellent omelette cook.
