This is an affordable and pleasant hotel with great views of the Eiffel Tower from many rooms. It's easy to walk to the Eiffel Tower from here, and there are several good cafés nearby. The employees at the front desk and around the property were fantastic. Plus you can request water on your way in/out.

Not a very good area of Paris. I would not recommend it. Price was cheap for bed and breakfast.. Maybe fine for 2 nights but we were there for 5 nights. My children were scared walking in the area, especially at night.
