Hotel was easy to find using google maps. We arrived late and the desk clerk was very helpful letting us know about the free parking on the street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel itself was very clean

I don’t think I ever gave such a low rating, but this one is warranted. Orbitz does not allow pictures posting, so I can only write. 1/ no one at front desk but a sign and a number to call. I called 6 times over 90 minutes and never got an answer 2/ my bathroom was in disarray with used feminine underwear on the floor 3/ bedding is mediocre, pillows horrible (cheap microscopic foam peanut type) 4/ in the morning, staff block the lift on the 7th to load their supplies. A good 10 minute wait for the lift. Etc… Stay away. It was my first stay at a Odalys property, never again!

Fantastic value don’t be concerned about 3 star
I was a little concern because of a three star rating, but it was the only hotel who would accept our dogs. We couldn’t use the garage offered because of a top box on our Landrover, but we did park just outside the hotel. The receptionist went out of his way to help so kind considerate and polite. We will use this hotel again

New, clean but no air con
This is still a new property and it is in immaculate condition and is very clean. The staff are very friendly. The only negative was the lack of air condition on a day/night in the high 30's Celsius. Even though a fan was provided, it was difficult to sleep because of the temperature.

Very nice hotel, all new and clean! Underground car parking, absolutely soundproof rooms, good equipped kitchen in the room, spacious bathroom - our stay was very comfortable! Nothing to complain.

We had a nice restful overnight stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is centrally located and walkable to tram and restaurants. The only negative thing is the in room safe was already locked and we let staff know, but we managed anyway.

Outstanding Odalys
Delightful stay, it was a well thought out room with comfortable furnishings and the heating was outstanding. Bathroom was very clean and the heated towel rack was wonderful. The reception staff were warm and helpful on each interaction. It was so lovely that we decided to book another Odalys hotel for our next stay in Rennes

Great experience !
This aparthotel is the best place I’ve stayed to date in France. The welcome and kindness was amazing. Other French hotels fail in that regard. Cleanliness was impeccable and so was internet. There is a sink, oven and microwave in each room. Everything worked perfectly well. One can purchase prepared meals from reception and for Euro 10, you can get some excellent pre-packed dishes like Parmentier duck or Chilly con carne. Breakfast was excellent although the bacon was overcooked on the second day but the kind lady tending the restaurant made us forget the mishap. My only negative comment (but I did not suffer from it) would be the absence of air conditioning. The two rooms I booked were however well ventilated and had a fan. Le Mans was quite cool this end September.

Great place to stay.
Warm welcome, kind and helpful staff, clean and modern rooms, ideal location. Breakfast buffet is nice. And the apartments are fully equipped (microwave and induction ovens, sink, cutlery,...) and affordable prepared dishes of first quality are available at Reception. I bought a tasty duck parmentier at 10 euros. So it's a no brainer. I have been many times to Le Mans and tried different places but Odalys beats them all. My only (small) reserve would be in case the weather gets too warm. The rooms I rented had no aircons but a fan was supplied. Anyway, real value for money. I'll go again.

Great overnight stay
A new aparthotel where all the staff respond well to any request. The underground car park is clean, easy to access and has parking bays that don’t involve contortionist skills to get in, and out, of the car. Room was bright, clean and fully equipped, with a shower which remarkably I had to turn down a little. And the old Plantagenet cite of Le Mans is well worth a stroll round, and the new city centre is modern clean and vibrant. A wonderful visit.

The reception staff were outstanding and assisted us with recommendations for where to head to for dinner, helped us get wine to have on our apartment. The check in was very pleasant and easy, the underground parking secure and rooms a good standard and plenty of space. The rooms had all the essentials needed. We didnt have breakfast as so central to go out for it, but it looked good. There was a smell of drains in our room but perhaps this was more due to the very hot weather when we were there. Very good sleep and happy with our stay.

Was a great place to Stay, Clean and Fresh. Only problem I had was that they charged me for two nights parking which was 12 Euros. Trying to get it back or refunded to my card was a nightmare.. They said i would have to wait on the Manager, who never even appeared, so I had to leave all my card details, which I didn't like. And they would get it sorted. Its through now but I lost nearly £2. Out of £12euro to pound... FOR THERE MISTAKE.. VERY DISAPPOINTING. So double check before paying

Stay was good and the location was new, beds nice queen or king size. Only But if criticism is the pillows are not pillows they are decor pillows so that needs to be improved. Overall perfect place for someone active who spends little time in the hotel room.

There was no milk capsules in the fridge to make a coffee or tea,this maybe how french accomadation facilities operate, Hotel was only 1 month old and was very pleasant and quite to stay in,all staff very helpful .
