"I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. "Loved this property for our first trip to Bern! The staff was very friendly, and the decor was super adorable. Very easy walking distance to everything in the old town, safe, clean, and the beds were very comfortable too. The showerhead was the most massive showerhead I’ve ever seen in a bathroom and it felt amazing."
