After the door there are 2 steps up to the accommodation level but no further door beyond these steps. During the night my wife woke up to go to the bathroom. As there was no lighting, and she was in an unfamiliar environment, she mistook the space above the steps to be the entrance to the bathroom. "Perfect setting in the Medieval part of Vaison-La-Romaine. Easy to walk within the old parts of the town and to get to the city center for a meal. We loved the pool and AC during the heat wave! Parking is a little hit or miss, but what is available is close by and very convenient."

"We spent a wonderful three nights here as part of our honeymoon and couldn't be happier! The hotel was beautiful, and our room was big, airy and very clean -- with a comfortable bed and jacuzzi tub. The pool was a very welcome amenity and set in such a gorgeous garden. As we visited during a heatwave, we happily spent a lot of our time by the pool and were able to grab delicious glasses of local wine from the hotel bar to have poolside! The staff were all lovely and incredibly helpful, and we loved wandering the windy streets of Mazan."

Nice and quiet and cool in the hot weather. Rose-Marie is a gem of a host and definitely a highlight of the stay. A must stay if you are visiting Vaison-la-Romaine, you will not regret it!"
