The good stay

We spent 3 nights here and have no complaints. Just a good stay. Could be little bit cheaper, but ok, we chose it. There is a pool in the pictures gallery, but it is not accessible for children (under 16), so kids were disappointed. Good locstion close to the highway and old city of Avignon.

Good location for visit Provence

We came with car, car can be parked in the garden. We booked duplex so we had enought place. Cleaning lady were friendly. Auchan and many shops for shopping are in the near. And it's easy to go to Avignon center with bus C2

Good in general, I chose it because of the location near the highway, the availability of an internal restaurant and the availability of a fitness area. The outside of the rooms area is quite dated. It was quite cold during my stay, so it was not so comfortable to have to walk outside to reach the fitness and the restaurant area, anyway I'm talking about 20 meters, nothing dramatic.

I am puzzled as to why this is so highly rated, the rooms are like little dungeons, the bedding, the pillows, the mattress are such poor quality, in fact the whole interior feels like what it would be like in a prison, basic and low quality As you can imagine the wifi is also of a poor quality The food options are so minimal, next to nothing around, as the hotel is no where near Avignon, so many better options and way over priced

ALORS pour se qui est du personnel, agréable. pour notre nuit dans la chambre , catastrophe: alarme a sonné deux fois dans la nuit, tout en sachant que nous ne fumons pas. réveillé en sur saut, et le compteur électrique n a pas arrété de claquer aussi toute la nuit. Nous sommes très decu de notre passage, et surtout très peu dormi.

Déçu

Nous avons été déçus. Première chambre odeur désagréable de javel qui nous piquait le nez les yeux. Nous avons donc demandé de changer de chambre si c'était possible. Hôtesse d'accueil très aimable, elle nous a donné une deuxième carte pour changer de chambre, la deuxième chambre n'avait pas d'odeur désagréable mais le lavabo était fêlé les toilettes abîmées. J'ai fait constater avant de prendre la chambre car nous n'avions pas trop le choix. L'hôtel est très calme. Le petit-déjeuner du matin très agréable un grand choix, accueil très satisfaisant mais le tarif n'était pas le même qui était affiché dans la publication quand j'ai choisi l'hôtel sur Internet.
