"It was our 1st time in Aix-en-Provence, and we didn't know what to expect regarding the city and moving around. We searched for a clean place with a kitchenette and parking facilities, so we could drive to different places. This hotel is not centric to the city, as it would take about 10-15 minutes driving by some backroads to get to the center of Aix and then finding a parking garage nearby. Rooms are kind of small. There is not an elevator, so the luggage has to be lifted through the stairs....

"I liked the ease of check-in; the staff were not intrusive in any way, but were always on hand if needed. I did not need any help until I was checking-out, when the reception staff kindly telephoned for a taxi for me to the airport. They even refunded my deposit, without even checking the room! The cleaner had not even been in since 4 days previously! (as agreed.)."
