"Nice chateau in Provence. A bit far away, not easy to reach, but the location is amazing! Great service from the staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast included and many interesting restaurants in the area. Perfect location if you want to visit the area. 30 minutes drive to St Maxime and St Tropez, very convenient also to enjoy Provence. Will be back"

"This is a unique and special place. A little pricey, but worth it. This is a manor house built in 1795, with a wine cellar, and an indoor swimming pool also in the cellar. Just beautiful. We stayed on the top floor, with a round water bed, and skylights that look up to the stars. There is also an outdoor wooden infinity swimming pool with a jacuzzi corner. It's just an amazing feeling to be in a wooden swimming pool. Lovely breakfast. Wish we had been able to stay 2-3 days."

The receptionist was rude on arrival and their was limited information around the reception which lead to our lack of expectations of what ammenties we were going to receive in the room. The hotel did not provide one single hand or body towel, expect a dish towel which was dirty. There was no bed sheet/pillow covers, meaning we were required to sleep with a thick material blanket, which we do not believe to of been cleaned between each...

"The pool was too cold to swim in. The pool snack bar was closed all week. You can’t eat or drink around the pool and if you leave the pool area which is gated you can’t return for ten minutes. The accommodation was basic and dirty, we had to ask to move rooms. All up big hills so no good for anyone wi to mobility issues. No air conditioning. The shop was good but expensive. Remote location, need a car or Ubers become expensive. The pool of it was warm enough to swim in would have been amazing....

A magical hotel - and so close to town
"What a magical hotel within walking distance to the town. Nestled in beautiful trees this villa style hotel has everything - a beautiful pool, a gorgeous restaurant and a lovely bar.,the rooms are lovely andcthe bed is so comfortable. We have stayed at St Tropez many times and this is the BEST HOTEL. The staff are amazing!"
