Great location, service a little patchy

The location of the hotel is superb, right on the enormous beach. Definitely worth getting a sea view room. The pool is great, and the fitness centre has modern equipment including 2 excellent treadmills. The bar is also great, with views across the beach. Service was a little slow. We ate in the restaurant, the food was ok and reasonably priced, the service ok but the choice of beer was poor. There looked to be plenty of options in town, a 20 min walk away. Along the corridor to our room, there were 5 or 6 rooms with glasses and plates evidently from room service which remained uncollected for several hours.

Le meilleur atout : la plage privée et les chambres vue mer. (avec bar sur la plage) Chambre trop petite et mal insonorisée Matelas inconfortable pour les personnes aimant dormir sur plus ferme. Le personnel très agréable. . La piscine est fréquentée par les clients du novotel et de l’ibis ce qui pose problème.

Séjour de 3 jours au pied de la plage et hôtel « dog-friendly » près de la partie de la plage autorisée aux chiens. Gros bémol : la qualité des plats du restaurant indignes d’un hôtel 4 étoiles : tout est surgelé alors qu’il serait bien plus simple de faire simple, frais et fait maison Rien que pour cela, pour une thalasso de qques jours je recommande un autre établissement

End of a long business trip…

Restaurant staff were dismissive and often blanked you. Maybe that was a perceived language thing, us being English, but speaking enough French to get by it wouldn’t have been an issue. Main pool was closed but we were offered entry into a different area with jacuzzi pool, steam room and sauna. This was the second time I’ve stayed here where the pool has been closed. Think I should have been advised of this before arrival as I would have booked an alternative hotel.

Bel hôtel, certain employé désagréable attention

Le séjour a très bien commencé mais s’est très mal fini. L’hôtel est isolé de tout, loin de la gare et si vous avez le malheur de ne pas venir en voiture comptez pas sur le monsieur qui est là à 6h du matin le vendredi de mon départ. Odieux et pas aidant du tout, il ne veut pas vous chercher un taxi si vous partez de l’hôtel avant 9h du matin et vous envoie déambuler dans la ville pour essayer de trouver un bus sous la pluie et qui passe que toutes les heures. Le personnel d’accueil à l’arrivée était pourtant si gentil et aidant. Les installations de l’hôtel sont nickel, le petit déjeuner parfait. L’accès a la piscine et au hammam sont appréciables. Pas sûr de revenir à cet hôtel cependant. Experien ce qui s’est très mal finie j’ai raté mon train et suis arrivé 6h plus tard chez moi que prévu à 1 l’autre côté de la France cause du manque d’aide de ce monsieur.

I can’t properly comment as, when I asked for my booking to be moved, as I was in hospital, it was brusquely refused without any kindness or compassion. I am having to go through the insurance company to recover the cost of the booking. Never ever using Expedia again.

Superbe séjour, services soins décevants

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre week-end à l’hôtel Novotel Thalassa. L’établissement est très propre, le personnel est accueillant, et la chambre avec vue sur la mer était tout simplement exceptionnelle. Cependant, nous avons été déçus par le petit déjeuner, qui nous a semblé assez léger et peu varié, ainsi que par les services de soins. Les tarifs des soins sont très élevés par rapport à la qualité offerte : j'ai été particulièrement déçue par le soin à 75 €, qui ne correspondait pas à mes attentes. Si je devais revenir à l’hôtel pour une future escapade, je n’opterais certainement pas pour les soins.

Très bel établissement

Très bel établissement, bien situé, on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pied. Piscine à l'eau de mer chauffée, hammam. Restaurant de qualité, nous y avons dîné pas petit-déjeuner. Joli spot le soir depuis la terrasse, et à marée basse. Si vos moyens vous le permettent, demandez côté mer, la vue y est sublime.
