The hotel wanted my credit card prior to checkin, but it was difficult to reach the person that could take my card info, even after a few tries.
They charged my card for “amenities”, which added $20 dollars to the cost of the room, making it a pricier option than similar hotels.
The rooms are decorated in the style of a college sophomore - plywood furniture and 1 plastic chair. But the bed was reasonably comfortable. Walls are a bit thin - the neighbor’s snoring woke us.
The staff member at the front desk was excellent - warm, helpful, and responsive.
