"Our trip to Leavenworth was on a whim on our way home from Spokane. We had been to Leavenworth one other time and had a great experience but the hotel didn’t have much personality. The Blue Elk Inn was just the opposite. The property was great, we were allowed to check in early and the room was awesome with a view looking towards the mountains. The hotel is about a mile from the shops but that also translated to being quiet and a great excuse to get a walk in. The breakfast the next morning was very good and overall the experience was a 10. We can’t wait to visit this hotel again."
